The big kingside bed was wonderful for one of us, but the pullout sofa bed was HORRIBLE! It was a lumpy, filthy "memory foam"mattress with big seams going sideways.

A TV wall separating the room with a big bed on one sde and a pull out couch on the other. Two separate vanities and a great shower with excellent fixtures. Our room was quiet and roomy, and for two women traveling together, it was a perfect layout. The place feels like it needs some attention to bring it back to what it once probably was. The downside is that it is, in fact, a bit neglected. We would have used the stairs but they seemed locked from both the inside and outside. The security guy had to come and use his card to get it to come down from the top floor. 3) One elevator was broken for our entire stay and the only other usable elevator wouldn’t always come when called.
1) For being a non-smoking, the entire place smells like pot 2) the downstairs bar and pool bar are closed most of the day, I only saw the downstairs bar open for a few hours on Saturday. That being said the hotel itself seemed shabby and run down. Although it is not “on the beach” you can get to the beach or the park in about 5 min. It is across the street from several good restaurants.
The rooms are a fair size and the restaurant downstairs serves a wonderful breakfast. My wife and I went over Memorial Day for the long Holiday.
